What must be named about the source?
Ask whether the contractor found a leaking connector, roof opening or drain defect and which repairer would correct it. If the cause is unknown, that should remain explicit rather than being buried as a priced assumption.
Are material charges distinct?
Check whether drying equipment, removal, disposal, new material and finishing are included or separate. HomeAdvisor's national rates and Save The Day's regional component prices describe different things; a calculator range does not settle a bid's inclusions.
What verification is outside this publisher?
A homeowner can use the CSLB public license check and request proof of relevant insurance. This website has not evaluated the person who may ultimately perform work.
Calls go to voicemail, not a live provider. Messages are recorded and transcribed after the greeting. You can email us instead.
Free for homeowners. We may be paid for qualifying referral calls.
